If you contact us by email or request PNEUSCOPE information, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, business email address, company, message and the PNEUSCOPE record you refer to.
Why do we use it?
We use contact information to answer enquiries, provide requested product information, manage commercial discussions, handle corrections or support requests, and protect the security and legitimate operation of the service.
How long is it kept?
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, business relationship, legal record-keeping or legitimate security needs. Retention can differ where a contractual or statutory obligation applies.
