What is PNEUSCOPE?
PNEUSCOPE is European professional tyre demand intelligence. It monitors official public procurement sources and turns relevant tyre demand into commercially readable market signals.
Is PNEUSCOPE a tender platform or contracting authority?
No. PNEUSCOPE is an independent information service. It does not run procurement procedures, accept bids or represent contracting authorities.
Does PNEUSCOPE tell suppliers how to bid?
No. PNEUSCOPE identifies opportunities and presents factual source information. Suppliers decide independently whether and how to participate and should rely on the official procurement documents for the formal procedure.
What does OPEN mean?
OPEN means PNEUSCOPE has evidence that a new supplier can still enter the current public procurement stage. If that cannot be established reliably, PNEUSCOPE does not promote the record as OPEN.
Where does the information come from?
Published records are derived from official public procurement sources and retain a link to the official source wherever available.
Can PNEUSCOPE contain errors or delays?
Yes. Public systems can change, publish corrections, delay updates or expose incomplete data. PNEUSCOPE uses controls to reduce those risks, but users must verify time-critical or bid-critical facts against the official source.
Does the public website contain the full paid product?
No. The public index is a discoverability and evidence surface. Paid PNEUSCOPE services may include additional monitoring, filtering, alerts and commercial intelligence.
Which tyre segments are covered?
Coverage can include passenger and fleet tyres, LCV, truck, bus, agricultural, forestry, construction and workmachine, industrial, specialty tyres, retreading and directly related tyre services where source evidence supports the classification.
